Do you have a food frenemy? You know, like a food that you like some of the time but other times you totally hate them? Part friend, part enemy, all food. FOOD FRENEMY.

Enter Cilantro. Like, its totally necessary for things like salsa, but girl please don’t garnish my food with a big ass leaf of cilantro. Are you with me? You make the salsa, but then end up with half a bunch leftover and what the heck are you going to do that that?

(Spoiler alert: I'm about to tell you exactly what.)

Or are you team cilantro all the time? You want the cilantro in the salsa and the garnish. Whichever side of the line you sit on, I’m here to give you this Easy Breezy Cilantro Lime Marinade. We are all going to be BEST FRANDS.

Cilantro Lime Marinade is a simple blended marinade that will bring fresh herbs, bright acidity, and natural sweetness while tenderizing at the same time.

    Easy Cilantro Lime Marinade

Yep. Getting a nice two-for with this recipe. Everything blends up reaaaal easy peasy, then the marinade does all the work to get your steak, chicken, tofu, what have you bursting with flavor and awesomely tender.

Personally, I'd recommend throwing it on some flank steak and whipping up these Cilantro Lime Flank Steak Tacos. The sweet pineapple juice caramelizes just a touch and tacos, well, tacos are life aren't they?
