SALTED CARAMEL BROWNIES

I'm truly sorry. Deep down from the bottom of my heart. I'm sorry if you've never had my Salted Caramel Brownies in your life. Just know there is no judgement here for however many you eat. Ice cold milk recommended.

SALTED CARAMEL BROWNIES

Step 1

The salted caramel is made in a saucepan with sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt. Allow it to cool at least 20 minutes before pouring it over the brownies.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate and butter using the double boiler method. Whisk in the sugars and vanilla into the chocolate. Add 3 eggs, one at a time.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold these ingredients into the chocolate mixture.

Step 4

Pour the batter into a pan. Drizzle caramel over the batter in rows. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes and then garnish with sea salt flakes.
