This recipe uses ginger, white miso, garlic, a shallot, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice wine vinegar, and olive oil.
In a tall sided container, like a quart container, add the ginger, miso, garlic, shallot, and soy sauce. Blend until finely puréed.
Add the maple syrup and rice wine vinegar and blend until combined.
With the blender running, slowly pour olive oil in to emulsify the ingredients. Blend for about 10-15 seconds after adding all the oil.
