In a pan, combine oats, brown sugar, salt, honey, cinnamon, and oil. Spread evenly. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10. Then let the oats cool completely.
Transfer to a food processor. Pulse 2 to 3 times to break up larger pieces then process on high for 30 to 60 seconds.
Add the oat crumbs to a bowl. While stirring, pour in melted butter. Once coated with butter, transfer to a springform pan.
Spread crumbs on the bottom of the pan. Press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides. Bake at 350°F for 7 to 8 minutes.
