Peach Sangria:

Instructions

  • Make the peach simple syrup. Combine water, sugar, and peaches in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to just a boil then turn off the heat and let steep about 5 minutes until peaches a flavor is infused. Optional to strain out the peach slices or add to the sangria (I prefer to keep them!)
½ cup granulated sugar, ½ cup water, 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • In a pitcher or serving container, combine the wine, simple syrup (with or without the peach slices), vodka, and grapefruit juice. Stir well to combine and serve over ice.
750 ml bottle rosé or white wine, 1 cup peach simple syrup, 1½ cups grapefruit or orange juice, ¾ cup vodka

To make an individual serving:

  • Make the peach simple syrup in the instructions above. In a wine or cocktail glass combine the wine, peach simple syrup, vodka, and grapefruit juice. Stir to combine, add ice, and enjoy!
