Combine crust ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes then let cool. Blend into crumbs, and mix with melted butter. Spread into a prepared pan.
Beat the cream cheese until creamy and mix the sugar in until fully combined. On low speed, add vanilla and cornstarch. Add the eggs, one at a time. Pour over the crust.
Combine strawberries, sugars, cornstarch, and lemon juice. In a separate bowl, repeat with blueberries. Using foil, separate filling into 4 columns. Top with the berries.
Bake for 50 minutes. Let chill for at least 4 hours. In a saucepan combine apricot preserves and butter over low heat. Once bubbling, turn off heat and brush over the fruit.
