In a shallow bowl, make your limoncello mixture. Dip the cookies on each side for 3 seconds then place on a sheet pan. Transfer to the refrigerator.
Soak the Cookies
Combine mascarpone cheese, lemon curd, sugar, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. In a clean bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff.
Working in batches, add the cream to the mascarpone. Gently stir. Spread a thin layer of the cream on the pan. Layer in the lady fingers and the cream.
Cover the pan and chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
