Place the ham in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix together bourbon, apple cider, brown sugar, dijon mustard, and clove. Once combined, rub it over the ham and between layers.
Pour cider and bourbon into the instant pot. Place the ham in and pour any juices inside. Close the lid, seal, and manual cook for 15 minutes. Vent the pressure.
Transfer the ham to a dish. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, apple cider, and clove. Rub the brown sugar slurry all over the ham. Using a blow torch, caramelize the glaze on the outside of the ham.
If you don't have a kitchen blow torch, you can preheat your broiler on high while the ham is cooking in the instant pot and then transfer it there to glaze.
